Mohabbat Dagh Ki Surat novel story revolves around the life of a young girl named Shijrat, she belongs to a lower-middle-class family. Shijrat is an intelligent and confident girl. Her father died when she was just six years old. Shijrat and her mother lives with her Mamow’s family in a small house. She wants to become a successful officer after completing her education. She starts her University education and meets Sannan at University. Sannan is a young and handsome man, who belongs to a rich family. Sannan and Shijrat fall in love with each other. Afaq is the cousin of Shijrat and they live in the same house. Afaq is a rude man and always creates problems in Shijrat’s life.
Afaq got married to Huma and they are not blessed with children. Sannan wants to marry Shijrat and they decided to do court marriage without informing their families. Their families come to know about their Nikkah and this news was a shocking surprise for both Sannan and Shijrat. When Shijrat’s family come to know about her Nikkah and pregnancy, they blamed Shijrat and send her to Sannan’s home. Sannan’s mother didn’t accept the Shijrat.
Shijrat comes back to Mamow’s home and started her education again. After the birth of her son, her mother and Afaq’s wife Huma take care of his son. Shijrat blamed herself for all this situation and never treat her son like a mother.

In the end, Shijrat forgives Sannan and accepts her son. She realized that it was not her son’s fault and she should take care of her like a mother.
